Sales/Revenue Support Coordinator

YES TV is seeking a strong customer service-oriented support coordinator who has Broadcast and/or Media Agency experience related to the advertising sales industry to join our growing team working out of our Burlington office!


To contribute to the achievement of revenue goals through assistance to the Sales and Revenue departments, general administrative assistance, and by supporting the National and Retail Sales teams and sales processes.

This position reports directly to the Director Business Development & Affiliate Relations with functional relationships with the Sales and Traffic teams.

Areas of Responsibility

1.     Provide functional Sales support

2.     Assist the Director Business Development & Affiliate Relations with projects as needed

3.     Provide administrative support for sales teams

4.     Backup Sales Coordinator duties as required

5.     Help as needed with the Sales, Traffic, and Inventory/Revenue workflow

Job Specific Duties

1.      Sales revenue tracking – chart bookings to past contracts / compare unit rates and dollar volumes

2.      Conduct bonus inventory maintenance (grids / lists / reconciliation report)

3.      Assist in the development of Sales kits, tools, and presentations

4.      Assist with Audience data information – comparing program performance to estimates

5.      Book Orders – entry into SDS system (as required)

6.      Load broadcast schedules to Numeris (as required)

7.      Perform invoice reviews to ensure what was booked and invoiced matches contract terms

8.      Complete expense forms/reports / cheque requisitions – administration

9.      Pull SDS reports – (unit rates/client oders by station / schedule breakout allocations)

10.    Create revenue comparagraphs by client (as required)

11.     Other duties as required

Qualifications And Skills

-       Post-Secondary Education

-       Broadcast and/or Media Agency experience related to the advertising sales industry

-       Experience with Specialty Data Systems (SDS) or similar (S4M, Broadview)

-       Good understanding of broadcast terminology

-       Understanding of media & audience measurement (Numeris)

-       Advanced software spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Spreadsheets)

-       Technology savvy

-       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-       Strong time management skills

-       Excellent interpersonal skills

-       Excellent Customer Service skills
